4.Payment Terms

Payment for services is due as outlined in your individual agreement or invoice. Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services for non-payment.

5.Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, and intellectual property created by Your Narrative Edge LLC remain the sole property of the Company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Clients retain ownership of their original materials. Upon full payment, clients receive a license or full ownership (as outlined in the agreement) to use the work created specifically for them.

6.Confidentiality

We agree to maintain the confidentiality of your proprietary information and expect the same in return. This includes business strategies, trade secrets, marketing plans, and non-public financial information.

7.Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel services by providing [90] days’ written notice. Refunds, if applicable, will be determined based on work completed. We reserve the right to terminate the agreement at any time for violation of these Terms or non-payment.

8.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Narrative Edge LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.

9.Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties or guarantees regarding outcomes, profitability, or success as a result of using our Services.

10.Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

11.Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
